Refund policy

1. Digital Products:

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital downloads.

2. Physical Products:

• If you bought a physical product and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
• Custom-made products are not eligible for return.
• To return a product, please send an email to hello@cynthiameiring.com with the following information before shipping it back:
  • your order number
  • the product(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for the return
  Important: this email is required in order for us to process your return. Parcels sent back without prior notice or without a note cannot be accepted. After you email us the details of the items you wish to return, we will provide you with the return address.
• Return Shipping Costs: the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
