Shipping policy

1. General:

Downloads are available worldwide, physical products will only be shipped within the Netherlands. 

2. Digital Downloads:

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a download link to the content in your email (check your spam too). Please ensure you save your file after downloading as this link may expire.

3. Shipping of Physical Products:

All physical products will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace link to monitor the delivery status of your package.

4. Damaged Products:

We take great care in packaging your items, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send an email to hello@cynthiameiring.com with a detailed description and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, whether that be a replacement or a refund.
